TIPS is a service espescially for young people who are having psychological problems possibly developing into a serious psychiatric illness. TIPS aims to prevent, alleviate or postpone the illness so that the person suffering from it may be able to rescue treatment without having to be hospitalised. Everyone worrying about psychological problems, wether it be their own or others’, can phone TIPS and get professional guidance.
The TIPS phone service is staffed by experienced professionals who make sure you get the help you need. It serves the mid – and south parts of Rogaland county, Norway. If you live outside this area, please contact your doctor, your school or a medical facility in your community for help.
